Jobs, timesheets, and boards

Supplier data lands in Conrep the way your team already works

Connect VMS jobs, timesheets, resume boards, and job boards. Incoming records are staged first. Your business rules decide what moves into the live production tables. The same portal can run on a schedule, or a user can sign in and start the pull.

Staged before production Rules you control Automatic or manual login

A typical connection

1
Connect the system

API credentials for an automatic feed, or a supplier username and password for a portal login.

2
Stage the records

Jobs and timesheets arrive in staging. Nothing is written to live tables yet.

3
Apply business rules

Client, division, status, contacts, and which rows to accept decide the move into production.

VMS programs we connect

Jobs and timesheets for the supplier portals staffing teams already use. The same mark covers a vendor’s jobs connection and its timesheet connection.

Not on this list? We can build it.

If a VMS, timesheet portal, or board is missing, we add the connector. Tell us the system on the demo and we will scope the login or the API, the staging fields, and the rules that move rows into production.

Request a connector

Three kinds of integrations

VMS programs, timesheet portals, and recruiting boards sit in one place. Each account stays separate, so a buyer program and a job board do not share credentials.

VMS jobs

Open requisitions from the supplier side of a VMS. Fieldglass, Beeline, Magnit, VectorVMS, Coupa, and the other programs below.

  • Pull into staging, or receive a push where the VMS sends jobs to Conrep
  • Map buyer, client, and recruiting ownership before a job becomes a requirement
  • Keep a program on API, or sign in to the supplier portal

Timesheets

Hours from the same supplier programs, on their own connection so a timesheet login can differ from the jobs login.

  • Staged first, then moved with the rules for that client and division
  • Choose whether approved or submitted sheets can be overwritten
  • Run on a schedule, or hold the account for a manual login

Boards

Resume search and job distribution. Free boards are a simple on or off. Account boards keep a username, password, or API key.

  • Resume boards such as Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder
  • Paid postings on LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Dice, and others
  • Free distribution, including your own career page

Staged first. Production only when the rules say so.

We do not drop a vendor file straight into live jobs or timesheets. The feed lands in staging. Business rules — client, division, status, owners, and which rows to accept — copy the records you want into the production tables.

Automatic

It runs without someone at the keyboard

An API connection uses the credentials the program issued: OAuth, an API key, or a basic integration user. Conrep pulls on a schedule, or accepts a push from the VMS. New jobs and timesheets stage themselves, and the rules move the ones that qualify.

Manual login

A user starts it

Some programs have no supplier API, or the team wants a person to sign in. Conrep stores the portal URL, username, and password. Someone opens Manual Login, signs in, and the pull runs then. An account can be set so scheduled runs skip it and only a person can start it.

Resume boards and job boards

Search resumes where you already have an account, post to paid boards, and turn on free distribution — including the Conrep career page — without a separate tool.

Resume boards

Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder. Each account keeps its own limits and credentials.

Dice Monster CareerBuilder

Job postings

Account boards for paid posts, and free boards you can switch on. Your corporate career page is included.

Common questions

Do jobs go straight into the live requirement file?

No. They are staged first. Business rules decide the client, division, status, and owners, and which rows are copied into the production tables.

Can timesheets use a different login than jobs?

Yes. Jobs and timesheets are separate connections, even when they are the same vendor. One can use an API while the other uses a portal login.

What is a manual login?

A person opens the supplier portal from Conrep and signs in to start that pull. You can also require manual login so a scheduled run leaves that account alone.

What if our VMS is not listed?

We build connectors that are not on this page. Schedule a demo, name the system, and we will scope the feed, the staging fields, and the rules that promote records.

See a job and a timesheet move from staging to production

We will walk through a VMS you already use, the rules that promote records, and whether that program should run automatically or wait for a user to sign in.
