Operational capacity refers to the actual resources your business consumes: AI credits, resume database size, active placements, bulk emails and resume imports. You pay only for what you use.

An active placement is any candidate currently placed and being billed through Conrep. Each active placement includes ALL of its associated data across the platform — Workforce records, Bill/Pay records, timesheets, files & documents, AR/AP invoices, and every other related record in the various modules. You are never charged separately for those records; they are covered by the placement itself. Placements that have ended do not count against your allocation.

Yes. Additional capacity blocks can be added at any time. Higher subscription tiers receive discounted pricing on additional capacity.

Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time with prorated billing.

Purchased AI credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle.

No. Employee, Vendor and Client portal users are unlimited and never count against your internal user allocation.
