No Per-User Pricing

Your workforce program shouldn't become more expensive every time you add a hiring manager or approver. Conrep never charges per user, so you can bring every manager, recruiter, procurement user, HR user, approver and finance stakeholder onto the platform. Plans are sized by program capacity instead.

How plan capacity is measured

Active Contractor
A worker with an active assignment in the program during the billing month. Completed or inactive workers do not count toward the limit.
Staffing Vendor
An approved supplier company participating in the program. Each vendor can have as many of its own users and recruiters as it needs.
Open Requisition
A requisition that is currently open for submissions. Filled, closed and draft requisitions do not count toward the limit.
Internal User
Anyone on the client or MSP side, such as hiring managers, approvers, program managers, procurement, HR and finance users. Always unlimited.

No. Every plan includes unlimited internal users, so hiring managers, approvers, recruiters, procurement, HR and finance users can all use the platform at no additional cost.

Plans are sized by program capacity: the number of active contractors, approved staffing vendors and open requisitions. Candidate submissions are unlimited on every plan.

You can move up to the next plan at any time. Our team will let you know before you reach a limit so you can choose the right plan.
